Getting unstuck, on whichever lane you are on
Before asking for help, identify the stage and the party handling it. An order problem, a parcel problem and a customs charge are three different problems with three different owners.
This page sorts the channels first, then answers the questions we see beginners ask, grouped by when in the journey they come up.
The official channels, and what each is good for
These are the pages named in the KameyMall material captured on 4 August 2026. They describe the recorded support structure; they do not verify a working support channel today.
Official site status, checked 20 October 2026: www.kameymall.com did not load for us, so links to it are paused until it does. The four cards still name the pages, so you know what to look for once it comes back.
Help centre
The official index of service questions. Start here for anything about how the service itself works.
Link paused, site not loading on 20 October 2026The official questions page
A long single page covering product and service questions. It is server rendered, so it is searchable in the browser with a find on page.
Link paused, site not loading on 20 October 2026The official ordering tutorial
The eleven step walkthrough with the interface captures this guide works from. Worth reading alongside our version.
Link paused, site not loading on 20 October 2026Contact details and company information
The official about page carries the operating company, its address and the messaging channels it listed.
Link paused, site not loading on 20 October 2026Questions people ask before paying
The questions that decide whether the order is a good idea at all.
Do I need an account just to look around?
The archived public listings and guide were readable without an account; placing an order required one. The saved tutorial mentioned Google, Facebook and email sign-in. Those historical options do not establish which logins work today.
How do I tell whether a listing is KameyMall goods or agent goods?
The saved agent listing shows “by agent”, a yuan price with a converted amount, “Purchased by agent” and “Link Direct”. They distinguish the recorded agent workflow from directly sold goods. Confirm the seller and fulfilment type on any current listing.
Which Chinese marketplaces can it buy from?
The archived tutorial and search screen name Taobao, Tmall, Jingdong and 1688. This records what the old interface accepted; check whether the exact current link and item are supported before ordering.
Can I pay in my own currency?
The archived site had a currency switcher and showed PayPal, cards and Alipay. A display currency is not a promise about the currency charged to your payment method. Read the current checkout currency, conversion and provider charges.
Is there a fee on top of the item price?
The March 2023 checkout example shows a handling calculation of 2.9% plus US$0.30. This is a historical example for the displayed payment flow, not a universal or current rate. Goods, domestic delivery, optional services and later international freight must be checked separately.
Find the relevant topic in the recorded Help Center
The official Help Center captured on 6 August 2026 has a question search and a category list. “Shopping Agent Service” covers choosing and purchasing; “Shipping & Logistics” covers the parcel; “After-sales Service” covers remedies. Select the topic matching the stage of your order when the current site is available.
The index is a navigation aid, not evidence that a particular article, support channel or policy is available today. An empty capture of an article does not establish that the article was deleted.

While it sits in the warehouse
The stage with the most control available to you, and the one with the most questions.
How long until my order reaches the warehouse?
The saved tutorial gave a rough three-to-ten-day domestic range. It was guidance, not a guarantee or proof that domestic transit is always the fastest stage. Ask whether the item has been purchased, dispatched by the seller or received by the warehouse.
What do the inspection photos actually show?
The saved order screen offered opening the packaging for inspection and photographs. Photos can help compare visible colour, labels, quantity and condition. They do not guarantee fit, fabric composition or authenticity; request a specific additional view when necessary and check its charge.
Can I combine items from different orders into one parcel?
The archived warehouse screen allowed selecting items before submitting a shipping order. The applicable route, contents and packing still limit what can travel together. Check the storage deadline and return decisions before waiting for more goods.
Why can nobody tell me the shipping cost before this point?
A preliminary estimate may be possible earlier. The final parcel quote needs the actual contents, packing, weight, dimensions, destination and route. The old listing stated that international freight would be calculated after storage and parcel submission; it did not make all early estimates impossible.
When the parcel is already moving
Once a courier has the box, the useful question changes from what did I buy to where is it and who has it. The parcels screen gives you an express order number and a tracking timeline, and that timeline is the same information the courier has.
For loss or damage, check the route’s current claims process and ask whether the agent or recipient must file the carrier claim. Have the express order number and the inspection photographs ready before you open that conversation.
Questions once a courier has the parcel
The last stretch, where the answers stop being about shopping.
My tracking number is not updating. Is something wrong?
A newly issued label may precede carrier collection. The historical tutorial mentioned a delay before tracking becomes active; that is not a current response or delivery promise. Check the parcel status, carrier acceptance scan and current route guidance before escalating.
Who pays the import duty?
Check the destination’s current import rules and the selected route’s terms, including whether any taxes are collected in advance. A goods price or freight payment alone does not prove that all possible import charges have been paid.
Something arrived wrong. What can I do?
Save the order option, inspection photos, parcel labels and clear delivery evidence. Identify whether the mismatch existed before dispatch or arose in transit, then use the operator’s applicable after-sales process. An old refund button does not establish eligibility, deadlines or who must file a carrier claim.
Can you help me with my order?
This is an independent guide with no access to KameyMall accounts, orders, parcels or refunds. Account actions must go through the operator’s current support. No working editorial mailbox or account-escalation service is offered on this page.
What this independent guide can do
The guide explains product discovery, the recorded ordering screens and questions to ask before payment. It cannot access an account, change an order, inspect goods, issue a refund or promise an operator response.
Use the numbered walkthrough to locate your stage, the cost explanation to separate goods from freight, and the updates page to see the age and scope of the evidence.
A short glossary of the words on KameyMall screens
Much of the confusion in a first order is vocabulary. KameyMall screens mix the platform's own labels, Chinese seller labels and forum shorthand that the official pages never use. These are the ones beginners ask about, roughly in the order they turn up.
- by agent, Purchase by agent. Markers on a listing that KameyMall will buy for you from another marketplace, as opposed to goods it sells itself.
- Link Direct. The control on an agent listing that takes you back to the original seller page.
- 尺码 and 颜色分类. Size and colour classification, the two Chinese labels on most variant chips. They stay in Chinese on the order and package screens, so it pays to recognise them on sight.
- Domestic freight, Domestic Shipping Fee. The seller to warehouse leg inside China, shown on the listing and again on Confirm Your Order.
- Conduct A Quality Check. The order option that opens the original packaging and photographs the goods. On the 2023 order screen it was ticked and marked Free. The pictures it produces are what everyone calls QC photos.
- Original Package In Warehouse. Weigh the goods in their original packaging and store them that way. Also ticked and free on that screen.
- Fast Respond, Priority Into Warehouse. The two paid options: one says the order will be processed in 1 hour, the other that items are checked within 3 hours of arriving (2023 wording, unticked by default).
- Service Fees. The line on Confirm Your Order that collects any paid options. It read zero on the tutorial screen because only the free two were ticked.
- Balance due. The note under Payment Total: price fluctuation may mean paying a balance after the order is submitted.
- Handling Fee. The checkout charge printed as a formula. The costs page works through it.
- QC, GL, RL. Forum shorthand, not KameyMall words. QC is the photo stage. GL, green light, means the buyer is happy for the item to ship; RL, red light, means asking for an exchange or a return. KameyMall's own screens say View inspection and Request After-Sale Service instead.
- Express Order No. The courier tracking number, shown on the package line on My Package once a parcel is on its way.
This guide can explain the recorded screens and terminology. It cannot see an account, submit a claim or promise an operator response. Published changes are recorded on the updates page.
