This walkthrough follows “How To Buy Goods Via KameyMall-Agent”, including its original eleven-step order. The official article was captured on 4 August 2026 and contains the red interface screenshots labelled March 2023. These are historical examples; offers, fees, payment methods and time limits shown in them are not current promises.
The official site did not load in the check recorded on 20 October 2026. Confirm availability and current terms before making a new purchase. A Spreadsheet card is a product-discovery link, not a KameyMall order.
The original tutorial first opens the KameyMall-Agent entry from the main shopping site. This matters because a marketplace product bought by an agent follows a different order path from a product sold directly by the shop.
Copy the exact Taobao, Tmall, Jingdong or 1688 product address into the agent search. The tutorial also offers keyword search. Keep the listing and selected variant together; keyword matches are alternatives to assess, not proof of the same item.
Choose the colour, size and quantity, then use “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”. Compare the seller’s size chart before buying. The source screenshot shows the option controls; it does not verify that any shown model or price is still available.
Select the destination country and review the order before using “Place Order”. The screenshot shows two free defaults: opening packaging for inspection/photos, and weighing/storing with the original packaging. Choose according to the item and read each control; neither should be treated as a universal instruction. Paid priority options are separate services.
The recorded checkout shows the delivery-address control, subtotal, currency conversion, handling calculation and payment choices. The tutorial prose says an hour to pay, while its screenshot shows a countdown close to 24 hours. Neither is a reliable current deadline: follow the timer and terms on the actual order.
The tutorial uses PayPal as its example: selecting that method and “Pay Now” leads to the payment provider. Other payment methods need their own confirmation flow. Verify the amount and successful return to the order before trying again; do not infer payment success just from a button click.
After payment, the tutorial opens “My Orders”. The screenshot includes Checking, Ordering and Warehouse Received, with per-order details and an “Apply for Refund” control. That control is a request route, not a promise that every refund is eligible.
The source then waits for the seller’s domestic parcel. Its three-to-ten-day range was historical guidance, not a delivery guarantee. If progress stalls, ask whether the agent has purchased the item, whether the exact option is in stock and whether the seller has dispatched it.
In “My Warehouse”, use “View Inspection” to see the received goods. Compare option, quantity and visible condition with your saved order. Request missing evidence and settle any return issue before selecting the goods for export.
The warehouse screen’s own strip reads Select Products in Warehouse → Submit Shipping Orders → Pay the International Shipping Fees. The tutorial then checks “My Package” for the separate freight payment. Choose compatible contents, packaging and a route; check the packed estimate and applicable terms.
After payment and carrier collection, “My Package” supplies the “Express Order Number” used to open tracking. Label creation and carrier acceptance can occur at different times. Retain the order and parcel references until you have checked the delivered contents.
A wrong supplied option, visible damage and an unwanted but correctly supplied item can have different remedies. Save the order option, received label and clear photographs. Ask which deadline, seller approval and domestic return charge apply. The presence of “Apply for Refund” does not answer those questions.
