What changed
This is a change log, not a news feed. Nothing goes on it unless we opened the page ourselves and saw the difference, and each entry says what it means for somebody with an order in flight.
We do not republish promotions here. Campaign amounts change without notice and a guide that lists them is out of date the week after it is written.
Changes we confirmed with our own eyes
Newest first. The date is the date we checked, not the date KameyMall made the change, because the second one is rarely published.
The official site would not load at all
We tried www.kameymall.com four ways on the morning of 20 October: two plain requests over different network routes and two full browser loads. None of them got a page back inside 45 seconds. The bare kameymall.com address still answers, but only to forward you to the www address that does not load. On 9 October the same address had returned a gateway timeout page, so two checks eleven days apart have now found it down.
What it means for you. Every link from this guide to the official site is paused rather than left pointing at a page that spins. The product search and the sixteen category shelves still work, because they do not depend on it. If you already have an order or a parcel with KameyMall, keep your order numbers and the Express Order No. somewhere outside the account until you can sign in again.
The interface is orange now, not red
Every official tutorial capture in circulation, including the ones on KameyMall own guides pages, shows a red interface from 2023. The live site today uses an orange wordmark and orange controls, and the top navigation now reads Home, Forwarding, Affiliate and Kamey Haul.
What it means for you. The archived tutorial preserves the recorded sequence and button labels. We have not verified a current signed-in transaction, so neither those controls nor the old policy figures should be assumed current. Do not assume a screenshot is wrong just because it looks unfamiliar, and do not assume it is current just because it is official.
The search box now asks for a link by default
The header search field on the agent pages carries placeholder text asking you to paste a product link. The older tutorial capture showed a placeholder naming Taobao, Tmall, Jingdong and 1688 addresses or Taobao keywords.
What it means for you. Keyword search still works, but the interface is nudging everyone toward pasting a link. If you have no link yet, a listing site is the faster way to find one.
Help centre articles are built in the browser
The help centre pages return successfully but arrive as an empty shell that fills in afterwards, which is why a deep link to a specific article can look blank. The guides section behaves normally.
What it means for you. If an official help link looks empty, open the help centre index and navigate from inside it rather than concluding the article was deleted.
What we watch, and how often
Four things get rechecked because they are the ones that move: the ordering flow and its screens, the source marketplaces on the agent lane, the charges named on the checkout screen, and the contact channels. Every quotation here is dated, which lets you decide for yourself whether it has gone stale instead of taking our word.
Use the checking dates to distinguish historical interface examples from current availability.
